New bindery room Stage 1

The new bindery stage one. I've not had a proper place to set up in two years. Still needs a lot of work. The work desk is at waist height. The desk is solid steel and comes in four parts. the Bench height is adjustable, but only by breaking it down and assembling it again. It takes two people to put it together it is so heavy. I could rest a car engine on the workbench and it could hold it.  I kid you not. Still missing some stuff, like the desk clamp for my for my large light that is on the floor.

Once my kids take the last of their stuff I will look into getting some  mapping or artist drawers to store my paper, should fit under the desk. Need a stool so I can sit down occasionally. The ceiling is tall enough to maybe put something up to hold my rolls of book cloth.

I'm considering getting some A1 or larger drawers for my paper and board. This would fit nicely under the work bench.

CrafterCreekDesigns

Something like these vinyl roll holders from Crafter Creek Designs would be good behind my door to hold my smaller rolls of book cloth. Then maybe a modified one on the wall to hold the larger rolls. I'm not sure yet, I'm still in the planning stages.

Still lots to do. It will be nice to start to bind books again!
