Day 3 Multi Section binding
I folded and cut down several sheets of Heritage Paper that was roughly A1 size down to A4. The first book is 8 sections and we went step by step as a group.
I was done with the sewing quickly so I finished folding paper for the next multi section while everyone finished up their sewing. We rounded the spine and selected our book board coverings and end papers. I choose not to use decrotive paper as they were very thin and instead choose a heavier card instead. We are tipping our end covers on.
I've chosen purple end papers and a white buckram. I understand how to make these so I ended up getting ahead of the rest of the class.
It was a pretty good day and I'm looking forward to see how the book will turn out.
