Not much going on due to intense heat and overtime at work. The workshop, which does not have air conditioning, reached 34°C (93.2°F). No windows, just a door so I couldn't even get a breeze. The fan just blew very hot air at me so was of little use.
I managed to clean some pages from the London Illustrated Times and use some filmoplast 'r' repair tape. It is heat activated. I'm going to need to purchase some Japanese paper laminates for the large missing sections. The book is in worse condition than I originally thought. There is no rush on this so I'm taking my time with it.

I get a lot of use from my punching cradle and I've made 3D printed punch guides to assist me in punching large amounts of signatures quickly.
I was practicing my rounding of a spine again. I still need more work. I've been told that some of my problem is there wasn't enough swell in the spine to begin with so I will try a different type of paper.
I'm currently experimenting with different ways to emboss and deboss book covers and will post something when I have multiple examples.
